Where this line works

Gravity separation suits liberated, density-different minerals. Tell us your ore and we will adjust the flowsheet rather than sell you a fixed package.

Gold (placer and free-milling) Tungsten / wolframite Tin / cassiterite Tantalum & niobium Barite Manganese Chrome Alluvial / placer deposits

The flowsheet

Nine stages, matched to a 25 t/h feed. Coarse gravity recovery first, then grinding and fine recovery, with tailings thickened before discharge.

STAGE 1

Feeding

Vibrating feeder GZ4 delivers run-of-mine material at a controlled rate.

STAGE 2

Primary crushing

Jaw crusher PE500×750 reduces feed to about 80 mm.

STAGE 3

Secondary crushing

Fine jaw crusher PE250×1000 brings the product down for liberation.

STAGE 4

Screening

Circular vibrating screen 1.5×4.5 m splits the flow into size fractions.

STAGE 5

Washing and desliming

Washing drum at 25 t/h removes clay and slimes before gravity separation.

STAGE 6

Coarse gravity

Two saw-tooth wave jigs JT4-2 recover coarse heavy minerals.

STAGE 7

Grinding and classification

Rod mill 1.5×3.0 m with spiral classifier 1.2 m, plus a four-compartment hydraulic classifier.

STAGE 8

Fine gravity

Eight 6S shaking tables and four spiral chutes recover the fine fraction.

STAGE 9

Tailings

Agitation tank and 6 m thickener, water recycled back to the washing stage.

Layout drawing and operation manual are supplied with the line. Price depends on final configuration, motor voltage and destination port, so it is quoted per project.

How we work with buyers

Most enquiries start with a photo of the ore and a target tonnage. From there we propose a flowsheet rather than a shopping list.

01

Ore first, machine second

Send us the ore type, feed size and target capacity. We propose the stages and machines that fit.

02

Whole line or single unit

Buy the complete plant, or just the jig, table or crusher you are missing.

03

Spare parts supply

Jaw plates, liners, screen cloth and table decks kept available for repeat orders.

04

Loading and documents

Wooden case or container loading, packing list, and export documents handled with the forwarder.

Send your ore type and target capacity

Tell us what you are processing and how many tonnes per hour you need. You will get a proposed flowsheet and a price range, not a catalogue.

What to send

Ore type and grade, feed size, target tonnage per hour, and site conditions (power supply, water, climate). A photo of the ore is worth a page of description.
